Ralph Russo was born in New York City and raised by a long line of Italian American baseball fans. He credits baseball with being his touchstone and link to family over a lifetime.

In the spirit of giving back, and as a “COVID project,” he turned his large collection of Italian American baseball cards into a 700-plus page site and calls it Baseball Amore, honoring every Italian American MLB player.

The site includes Bios, history, stats and links to reference pages in addition to images from his personal baseball card collection on every page. It is his hope that the site keeps the strong Italian American
baseball legacy alive in the thoughts of fans.
